In this class, we'll train Handstand, Handstand Transitions and Arm Balancing skills. Much of the work is done with partners assisting you into movements you wouldn't be able to perform alone. This method of support teaches the Motor Cortex of the brain to create proper alignment and anatomical action. In addition, you'll be training functional strength yoga postures. Must have healthy wrists to attend.
