The K-Fit HIIT is a full body workout incorporating high intensity interval training using water rowers, ski ergs and airdyne bike.  We alternate between HIIT intervals and full body strength training exercises including lots of core work.  Designed as a low impact, full body workout.  Since you'll be working in a small group setting, our trainers will be able to give plenty of individualized focus so you can avoid injuries and maximize results.  Bring plenty of calories to burn for this one!
