This option includes one K-Fit LIFT session and is available based on space availability. Due to the limited spots in each session, members receive priority booking access.
First time attending? Your first session includes a complimentary 15-minute intro with a coach to review movement patterns, discuss any injuries or limitations, and help you feel comfortable entering the session. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit.
