IMPORTANT:  You must be registered for the upcoming class in order to be eligible for a spot in the cardio challenge attempt.   We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to complete the challenge weekly. 

This is a slot for those interested in attempting the Cardio Challenge; 2000k Row, 2 mile Bike, 500m Ski.  To be done before the start of the workout. 

If you are late, coaches will not be able to start you on the attempt, since they have to begin coaching the upcoming class.
